Terms of Agreement
The use of KillDuplicate services (generally called "services" herein) is subject to acceptance of our terms of service. You cannot use our services if you do not agree with the following conditions.

KillDuplicate, powered by the company SEO Hackers SAS, offers a positioning follow-up tool for web professionnals, and self-employed individuals. This tool is available at https://www.KillDuplicate.com/
Prices and payment
All prices are available at https://www.KillDuplicate.com/en/subscription .
Arrears
Accordance with the french legislation in force on 1 January 2013 of Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code, compensation will be payable for profesional customer calculated on the basis of three times the legal interest rate in effect as well as a lump sum for recovery costs 40 euros.
User's responsability
The user agrees not to create multiple accounts KillDuplicate.
The user is the only one in charge of his own account on KillDuplicate's website, and its content and its use.
Terms of Service
Information provided by KillDuplicate are solely statistical information and we offer no guarantees. The KillDuplicate Team cannot be held liable in any way whatsoever for any injuries suffered by the user or third parties, resulting directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
The user is now informed that during his/her visits on the site, a cookie is installed on his/her browser. A cookie is an element which does not identify the user but it is used to record information relating to its navigation on KillDuplicate. Settings of your software browser enable to know cookies presence and to refuse them.
The user agrees not to access (or attempt to access) any portion of our services by any other means, but only through the interface provided by KillDuplicate, unless you have been specifically authorized by KillDuplicate as part of an agreement.
You agree not to undertake in any activity which interferes or disrupts the services of KillDuplicate voluntarily (or the servers and networks connected to our services).
Personal Information

Data privacy
We hate to be infested with spam emails in our inboxes. That's why we promise not to give anyone any personal information about you : email, personal information or any website you monitor.
Data Retention Time
Data for Kill Duplicate subscriptions are saved until you use the service. An account whose credit card would be rejected twice in three days, would be closed and the data lost. Data from your results and the API is retained for a period of one year.
Remove an account
Terms and conditions herein will be applied until their termination according expected modalities below. Each user can at anytime terminate his account by notification to KillDuplicate at contact@killduplicate.com
Termination of Service
The KillDuplicate Team reserves the right to at any time terminate all or a portion of the services provided by the site KillDuplicate. If this extreme case should happen, undertaken costs by the user to a premium offer not consumed, would be reimbursed in proportion to current premium offer remaining time.
Property
Total or partial reproduction of this site by any means, without the express permission of the KillDuplicate team is prohibited and constitutes a counterfeit punishable by articles L 335-2 and following of the French Code of intellectual property.
Sanction
In case of failure to comply with these terms and conditions, KillDuplicate will terminate any user account that has violated these conditions at any time, without compensation and without notice.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are totally subject to French Law. All disputes concerning the interpretation and/or application are exclusively within the jurisdiction of Paris (France).
